A Sunday roast centrepiece from traditionally reared, grass-fed lamb.

Tasty and tender, kept on the bone for full flavour as the marrow will melt and season the lamb while roasting. Perfect for a family roast or a celebration. Hung for one week, Ricky’s expertly butchered lamb is prepared to order for your Ten Mile delivery.   

Supporting passionate family-run farms in the Chilterns, Egg House Charcuterie sources slow-growing, traditionally reared, grass-fed lamb which develops a deeper flavour and more tender, succulent meat than conventional fast-growing lamb.  

A whole leg should feed up to 8 adults.
