The most tender of all steaks, these juicy fillets showcase the quality of beautifully reared Aberdeen Angus or Hereford beef. Cut from the centre of the cow’s sirloin, this very lean steak lends itself to fast, hot cooking and is best served pink. 


Dry aged and fully matured for a minimum 28 days.
